At O.B. Designs, we are passionate about creating and manufacturing the safest, most precious toys and decor for our children. But, we are also passionate about creating our dream products as eco-friendly and sustainably viable, as possible.
We have gone to great lengths to improve O.B Designs’ overall footprint on our planet, and we are consistently looking at initiatives to progressively achieve this.
We don’t stop at just products and packaging, we want our postage options to reflect our vision, tool; using only compostable polybags to get your goodies to you safely and on time, our postage bags alone save approximately 300,000 plastic bags being added to landfill every year. And, the cardboard box packaging and polybags can also be composted.

Our Products
Our new Silicone Collections’ of Toys, Tableware and Beach Buckets are made from 100% Food Grade Silicone. Silicone is derived from sand and is considered an eco - friendly product.
Made from Silica, Silicone is far more environmentally friendly than plastic. Derived from sand and with no product mining for crude oil, Silicone has many benefits over the alternatives. It’s also more durable than plastics so they last longer and can be used time and time again.
Silicone is also recyclable but not biodegradable, however, it does not break down into micro-plastics either, which makes it ocean-friendly, too.
Eco-Friendly Toys - For Children of The Future
A toy is more than just an object for entertainment. It helps children learn about their world, and telling your child about where their toy comes from is an excellent way of introducing larger concepts to them. Older children might appreciate a lesson on where their toys come from, how they are made and what they are made of.
