Return & Refund Policy
1. About This Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through OB Designs Australia (obdesigns.com.au) and OB Designs USA (obdesignsusa.com). Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery for most eligible products.
Conditions for returns/exchanges:
✔ Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
✔ Items must be returned in their original packaging (if possible).
❖ Personalized items / clearance items / gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty.
3. Australian Customers
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers are entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or repair) for products that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or materially different from their description — even if outside the standard return period. This policy works alongside your rights under the ACL; it doesn’t replace them.
4. How to Start a Return
Email us at: info@obdesigns.net for Australian returns (for obdesigns.com.au)
or hello@obdesignsusa.com for US returns (for obdesignsusa.com).
Include your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
5. Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
For faulty/damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label where available.
International return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
✔ Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
❖ Shipping charges (including original postage) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, colour, or item:
✔ Let us know at the time of your return request.
✔ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
8. Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, defective, or damaged on arrival:
✔ Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
✔ We may request photos or evidence of the fault.
✔ Options include refund, replacement, or store credit.
